Whitney & Witty HEALTH
Whitney is a Co-Founder and the Nutrition Lead for Witty Health.
This company is Whitney's priority and so she currently takes clientele on a very limited basis. Please inquire regarding the services below as Whitney would be happy to work with right-fit clients. Thank you for understanding.
Individualized Nutrition Therapy
Whether concerned about weight management or trying to use diet and lifestyle to control a chronic condition, utilizing the help of a dietitian takes the guesswork out of nutrition. Whitney uses your personal medical and weight history to determine what the barriers to optimal health are and how to overcome those. It is important to understand that this process is entirely tailored to the individual. Health advice isn't one-size-fits-all and nutrition shouldn't be either. Whitney wants to help you live a healthy and energized life.
How it works...
Please purchase services through our store or inquire with Whitney for a free 10-minute phone consultation if you're not sure if nutrition services feel right for you.
The consultation consists of a comprehensive nutrition assessment that focuses on medical and weight history, dietary habits, current supplements and your specific health concerns. You and Whitney will build on that assessment to determine a nutrition action plan and goals together. She will provide sound nutrition advice and be able to send you home with resources for implementing changes right away.

LEAP MRT Food Hypersensitivity Testing
Whitney is trained in Mediator-Release Testing, blood test that allows identification of food sensitivities that are playing a role in conditions such as migraines, diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), fibromyalgia, eosinophilic esophagitis, and in some cases; chronic sinusitis, skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis, gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD), etc. MRT testing is a highly-sensitive and reproducible end-point inflammation test. We then work together to use those test results to create an elimination diet protocol to remove all inflammation from the system, heal the gut, and put the condition into remission.
*If you are in the tri-state area, you must travel to CT or NJ with the test kit for your blood draw.
Pinnertest Permanent Food Intolerance TESTING
Whitney has experience with Pinnertest, a blood test that allows identification of permanent food intolerance, which typically indicates an enzymatic deficiency in one's ability to process certain foods, that in turn may wreak additional havoc on the body. We then work together to remove those foods from the diet and begin to heal the inflammation in the gut.
Spectracell Comprehensive Nutritional Panel
Whitney has experience with Spectracell testing, a blood test that looks closely at micronutrient stores in the body. The test includes 12 vitamins, 5 minerals, 3 amino acids, 7 antioxidants, and 8 metabolites that can help you understand your metabolism and immune system health. We then work together to determine a supplementation and eating plan to heal deficiencies, mitigate risk of metabolic disease and boost the immune system.
If you're looking for expert advice on employee wellness, community programming, or a healthcare business venture, consulting may be right for you. Whitney has worked in various consulting capacities and can fuse regulatory interpretation, understanding of the healthcare system, sound medical nutrition background, and pragmatism to provide the most evidence-based and up to date information.
